Leta Chin
Leta Chin was born in California to a musical family. She began learning the violin with her mother when she was 3. Ms. Chin made her solo debut with the orchestra when she was 14 and was interviewed and asked to perform on Seattle’s Classical King FM. She also received a scholarship from The Dorothy Richard Starling Foundation. In 2012, she won the first prize in the Carnegie Mellon Baroque Concerto Competition and the Young Artist Competition hosted by Taiwan’s Classical Music Association. Ms.Chin has also won the Pittsburgh Concert Society competition and was also selected to participate at the Oleh Krysa International Violin Competition and the Aram Khachaturian International Competition.
Leta Chin has studied with Nancy Tsung, Margaret Pressley, Ilkka Talvi, Curtis Macomber, Grigory Kalinovsky and Cyrus Forough. She received her Bachelor of Music Degree from Manhattan School of Music and her Master of Music Degree from Carnegie Mellon University. She has given solo recitals and performances around the U.S. and also in Armenia, Canada, China, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Oman, Taiwan and Ukraine.
Ms. Chin is currently based in Taiwan.

金昫祈 / 小提琴
從小由母親啟蒙，四歲開始習琴。在台期間接受紀珍安、宗緒嫻指導。2000年赴美深造，14歲參加BYSO協奏曲比賽榮獲首獎，並與樂團擔任獨奏演出，且接受西雅圖 King FM 音樂電台訪問及現場直播演出。於西雅圖期間，師事 前西雅圖交響樂團首席 Ilkka Talvi (海飛茲/Jascha Heifetz 嫡傳弟子)、Margaret Pressley，並獲知名獎學金 Dorothy Delay Scholarship、西雅圖青少年藝術家獎。
於紐約期間，師事 Curtis Macomber、Grigory Kalinovsky; 並於紐約曼哈頓音樂院畢業。2011年 同時獲得美國密西根大學以及卡內基音樂院 (Carnegie Mellon School of Music) 研究所全額獎學金及入學許可，也獲選為台灣古典音樂協會樂壇新秀。在卡內基音樂院求學期間，師事 Cyrus Forough (大衛·奧伊斯特拉赫/ David Oistrakh 嫡傳弟子)，同時擔任該校樂團首席/副首席，也贏得巴洛克協奏曲比賽首獎、匹茲堡藝術家首獎。2017年返國後，積極參與獨奏表演, 包括擔任歌德語言中心柏林愛樂數位音樂會的現場表演嘉賓, 以及與音契交響樂團擔任獨奏演出。
金昫祈多次入選參與小提琴國際大賽, 赴美期間受過 洛林·馬捷爾 (Lorin Maazel), 麥可辛·凡格羅夫 (Maxim Vengerov), 席威爾斯坦 (Joseph Silverstein)、柏林愛樂首席 Noah Bendix-Bagley、Lewis Kaplan、Stephen Shipps、Lucie Robert、Rodney Friend、林昭亮 等國際大師親自指導。
演奏足跡遍台灣、中國大陸、美國、加拿大、阿曼、亞美尼亞、烏克蘭、英國、德國 、韓國、日本等地。
